The General Data Privacy Regulation applies to information collected from this site as follows:

I may keep comments about the photographs sent to me for future use on the web site but I will not make a fully named attribution. They will have initials or other private identifier attached but never a full name. I will however keep a secure record of all who sent me comments. These records will therefore include: email address, name and comments.

If a graffiti artist contacts me with a view to sharing any sales of his/her images, then I will keep contact details on my computer in order to make any payments. The GDPR allows me to maintain records if I have an ongoing (commercial) relationship with someone in this way. These records will therefore include: name, email address, contact details, and a record of any reproduction rights paid including for which photograph.

Information that I collect in these ways are never ever shared with third parties and are protected. No one will ever receive an unsolicted email from me.
